  4. Your company's culture and work practices are covered in similar detail.
  5. Our proposed terms and conditions are fully explained before any resourcing work begins.
  6. Armadillo's consultant short-lists 1-3 candidates. In many cases the Interim Manager is known to us or has been brought to our attention through a personal recommendation. The quality assurance process includes screen interviews and authenticating the Interim Manager's capability by speaking directly to referees who know him or her well.
  7. You interview one or more potential Interim Managers.
  8. Assuming a positive outcome, the Interim Managers will report for work with the aim of making an early contribution with lasting benefit.
